They were fantastic

They did a great job, they ran into a few snags but in all they were able to figure things out. They did a terrific job with info they provided as well as work that was done. We will be using them again.

We requested that the project be started in mid to late October, due to the gardens surrounding the house. Prior to providing a written estimate, the property was surveyed. Charley did an assessment of the gutters and determined that they were in good working order, needed to be painted and in some spots reattachment to the home/roof. He arrange to have gutters and downspouts painted. A detailed estimate was provided in a timely fashion. Each line item was identified and explained in detail. Work was done in a timely fashion, Removal of old aluminum siding. An area under a window had substantial water damage, dry rotted trotted underside, which added costs to the project. We were pleasantly surprised about the cost of the repair, it was very reasonable.
I would highly recommend him.

Everything was top quality and Charlie and his crew were easy to work with. I would say the only snag was not always knowing as additions to the contract were discussed and implemented, exactly how much it was going to cost. Charlie's real strength is using top materials and having the ability to provide design touches that go above and beyond. He put in an interior handrail for me and made suggestions that made it blend seamlessly into my interior architecture. On the porch he provided a leaded glass panel for the transom area that pulled together all of the other elements so that the finished porch was really beautiful and unique.

Charlie worked with me every step of the way. We discussed what I wanted and what was possible. He came back with detailed sketches which we tweaked together. He gave me names of cabinet makers, tile people, etc and helped me pick out just what I wanted. I would highly recommend Charlie Wotanis and his friendly, qualified and responsible crew.
