A massive oak tree in the back of the property had large limbs overhanging my home and garage, posing a threat to both structures. Alan and his crew determined the degree of cutting and trimming to be done and carried out the process flawlessly, removing the dangerous branches while being careful to leave the tree viable for a healthy and disease-free lifespan. Alan's expertise ensured safety to nearby structures, preservation of the tree and squeaky clean completion at the end of the job.

Couldn't have been better. Although he had other work, he came and trimmed the tree blocking the dish and scheduled other visits to finish the work. Jill always called to schedule the appointments and was very pleasant (important to me since other companies said they would call to schedule but never did). Alan and his whole crew were professional, pleasant and very good with the clean up. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again, and will in the spring

Phenomenal service. They were on time and very professional. Cleaned up after them selves. my yard looked cleaner after they left. They cared more about trying to save the appearance of the tree rather then just cut it down and i really appreciated that.

From the day he Alan came out and gave us a free estimate, to the day he was done with the job, he was a professional. He was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable in his field. He and his crew came to our property, did an extremely beautiful job in a very timely manner, and was a pleasure to do business with. Mr. Krieg arrived within 24 hours to assess the task of removal of limbs from two larger oak trees, whose branches caused wear and tear on shingles and an imminent threat, during storms or heavy snow, of collapse onto the structure.
Within 72 hours, Alan arrived to remove the hazard by climbing the tree and manually stabilizing the limbs with ropes, an impressive feat, considering there was no vehicle access to the location. Area was thoroughly cleaned.
I believe that I was charged a fair price for the work, considering time, effort, and obvious hazards associated with the job.
Receipts and photographic documentation were voluntarily submitted by Krieg for the insurance company, an extra consideration for which we owe a debt of gratitude.

As requested I did the clean up to save a few bucks. He also did some ugly shrub and tree removal at a good price for my son.
