Pro Joes was professional in the early stage and during the project. Once the job is completed they are not willing to revisit their work. We hired Pro Joes initially to replace our roof but seeing how responsive he was we hired him to do more projects, including re flooring and re insulating the crawl space. after the work were completed within just a few weeks the insulation was saging and a leak was happening, I have being trying to get him to come and check the issue.

We were heading to our second home in the Poconos on a Friday night. We were looking for estimates to remove a shed in our backyard. Pro Joes came the next morning at 10:30am! We did not know that two trees had fell on the back of our home until early Saturday morning. We cleaned up quite a bit before they came. Their company was quick to leand a hand to carefully remove the trees off the roof so we could continue cleaning the mess. They removed the shed & were back that week with any estimate to repair the roof! Excellent communication, unbelievable turnaround time & very friendly. We would definitely recommend!!

Steve was great to deal with. He was totally upfront, so there was not any surprises. Him and his crew showed the upmost professionalism. He answered all of my questions quickly. The job was completed early and he did a wonderful job. I am going to use them again for other things that I need done. It's very hard in the poconos to have someone even call you back. We called pro Joe's They responded immediately we had storm damage they were there the next day ready to work replace our entire roof left the property spotless nice people easy to work with and the price was great. Highly recommended
