WALLACE TREE & STUMP REMOVAL

The crew arrived earlier than anticipated, worked quickly and safely.  Completed all the agreed upon tasks in a timely manner and removed all debris from our property.  I would, and have recommended Wallace Tree & Stump Removal to friends and neighbors.

Punctual and neat. Cleaned up after themselves. Didn't blink when I added an extra task. Most important of all, he returned my initial call promptly.

Chad was responsive and professional though out the quoting process. We talked prior to starting the project, tweaked the original proposal slightly, and set a date. His team arrived promptly at 8:30 am and got to work. They worked quickly, added some extra trimming / tree removal that we didn't discuss, and cleaned up after themselves. We feel like we got a good value for the price. The total cost - even with the added work - was still cheaper than the three other companies we got quotes from. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wallace Tree and Stump Removal to anyone and would certainly use them again if the need arises! Thank you Wallace Tree and Stump Removal.

Not well. Mr. Wallace did not call before performing the work as he had said that he would. We ended up with trees butchered that we did not want trimmed. Our trees perform a vital function of protecting our pool area from the view of neighbors. Some of the trees Mr. Wallace trimmed were not mentioned in any quote. He also trimmed severely a tree that we had decided we did not want trimmed and that we planned to decline when Mr. Wallace was to have called prior to performing the work.
The job quote also included cleaning up after the work was completed - however we found several large branches still hanging broken from the trees and several on the ground where the work was done.
Mr. Wallace also placed his advertizing sign in the front yard without asking permission. He had been informed that we were not happy and he simply shrugged of our comments. No apology for his failure to call prior to the work as he promised. We paid Mr. Wallace in cash and he was resistant to providing a receipt for the payment.

He came over and gave me an estimate on the spot and said he would be
able to do it that day since he had his equipment already there.
The price he quoted on the spot was what we were expecting to pay for this
work. That same day, they removed the trees and ground the stump of the
large tree, but left the shrub stumps as we previously discussed since
there were electrical wires underground in that area.
Their work was neat and clean and exactly as I had expected.
I would highly recommend them and would use them again for any tree work I might need.
