They gave us a very good price. Initially, the big box stores' prices looked good but didn't included the quality padding, installation, removal of old carpet or moving furniture. Carpet Craft's prices was excellent when you compare all the services required. They were prompt getting out to our house for an estimate. Holly has so many styles and colors available and you can take samples home to see how they look with your furniture. Installers were punctual. I was amazed how quickly they worked. We would definitely use them again.

From start to finish these guys were great! Very helpful and patient in their showroom. (We had been to others first, and Carpet Craft was best in this area!) They came when they said they'd come. They did what they said they would do. They were respectful. They were clean. Their attention to detail is fantastic. The installation of the flooring looks perfect. So glad we used them. So glad to support and quot;the local guyand quot; and will be using them again as soon as we need new carpets in other rooms!

Absolutely love working with Holly and Joe. They are the ultimate professionals. Holly was great at guiding me toward the right selection to match my budget and needs. Joe and his team are punctual, friendly and efficient. When we ruined a spot on our new carpet, Joe was quick to replace it. After 5 years, our carpets still look new. I'd never go anywhere else.

They were fabulous! I would highly recommend them. They brought samples by and let us keep them. They were very accomodating. I was not physically there when they installed it, but I was there for the choosing of the product. People walk on the carpet all day and night and it is still good. They really helped us out on the price too, because they wanted to do something for a volunteer organization in the community. They are nice people and easy to work with. They return phone calls in a timely manner.

I like their service. The owner's wife was there in the store and she was very helpful in selecting the right kind of carpeting. They were on-time and were careful in taking out the old carpeting. It was kind of a rainy day and we have hardwood floor on the first floor, so, they had put the stuffs down and were very careful about things. He and his assistant did are really nice job. The price was comparable. I was very, very pleased with the work they did for us.

JOE IS ALWAYS VERY, VERY POLITE AND ON TIME. I HAD WANTED CARPET THAT I SAW ONCE - AND JOE MADE EVERY EFFORT TO TRACK IT DOWN AND ORDER IT FOR ME. HE DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB! THE MASTER BEDROOM IS ODDLY SHAPED - AND YOU CAN'T EVEN SEE THE SEAM. THE STAIRCASE IS NARROW AND THE SPINDLES ARE 'SQUARE' SHAPED - SO, CARPETING IS DIFFICULT TO GET AROUND ALL THE STEPS. JOE DID IT - AND DID IT PERFECTLY! I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND JOE AND HIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE!
