John did a great job overall. He was recommended by a friend, and his quote came in lower than any of the other flooring companies in the area that I talked with. Although the floors had more coats of stain than he thought, and thus took longer to sand, he was willing to work with our schedule to make sure he didn't interfere with our plans. Overall, he did a great job, the floors look awesome, and there wasn't much dust at all!
