I called Tobash to perform a regular maintenance on my residential oil furnace. It had not been serviced in the past two years since I moved into the home. The scheduling process was easy - they were able to schedule the appointment around my availability. Technician showed up about 20 minutes late, but was very professional and courteous. He provided good information in response to my general questions about how to maximize energy efficiency with my furnace. Price was exactly as quoted - I was able to pay over the phone to the office with a credit card. Based on this experience, I would definitely use this company again.
