Lois's Cleaning Service

Lois is always a pleasure and she works hard. It's great to catch up with her every time she's here, and she's great with details.

Lois is great. She has been cleaning our house for about 9 months now. Lois is always on time and is very friendly- our whole family loves her. We used to have one of those franchise cleaning services where they had 6 ladies who barely spoke English come in and out in an hour and a half. It takes Lois much longer than that to clean our entire home, but I would rather have her any day over the service we had before. Lois is often cleaning when no one is home and I trust her 100%.

Lois arrives promptly with all her own supplies and tends to the house with good care. We've had her get our place ready for company both times, and were thrilled with how good everything smelled, that little things like cleaning the inside of the microwave were attended to, the fact that the right product is used in each case depending on the surface / materials involved, and that she seems to employ a good strategy in tackling each room. She puts up with our dog and our kid too, and as far as cleaning goes if she's available she's our go-to. She takes what time is necessary, but is pretty darned efficient too. Yes - I would and do recommend her to other people.

The first time, we were satisfied however the second time was less than decent.

She comes when ever I ask her to come. Once a month she was just doing regular house cleaning but any time I ask her to do extra, she does it. Like actually one time, my carpets weren't looking good and she shampooed them for me. She goes above and beyond for me if I need any extras. She is very efficient. She gets the corners and my house looks great after she's done. I'm extremely happy with her. She is very flexible with my timing. When I call and she already has something going, she definitely works with me and finds out what's best for both of us. If the time I'm looking doesn't work, she will definitely go with what works for me and not necessarily for her. The last time she was here, I had her only do my living area, my downstairs bathroom and kitchen area. I had an appointment to go to so when she came, I let her in and then went for my appointment. When I came back from my appointment, she was done. She didn't go upstairs because my husband was sleeping. Within 24 hours, she gets back to me and she is always on time.

Lois was on time & worked hard & fast.  She & her helper were organized & did a great job.  I am happy with her & will continue to have her once a month.

Lois is a perfectionist, takes pride in her work, dependable, punctual and works smart and has an excellent personality

Lois always shows up and does a good job. Her first time she went over and beyond to get the house in order. She usually
tends to bathrooms, kitchen, floors, vacuuming and dusting. When I need additional things done we work out a reasonable pay.
I'm very pleased with her work and her trustworthiness.

Lois arrived on time and was very professional.  She cleaned everything as promised and was very courteous.  She got the job done in the time specified.
