 + -1 moreAlex was AWESOME!! Very nice, professional young man. Prompt, courteous and in short, an asset to his craft. He wasn't here long and took care of a leak that was apparently shorting out our electric. Our bill came to UNDER TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!!! No Kidding!!! Please do not misunderstand - I realize each plumbing scenario is unique, rendering applicable fees. But if you're a homeowner in need of plumbing services or other maintenance, you KNOW it can add up-especially if you're getting ripped off!! No worries here. I would HIGHLY recommend G M GROFF PLUMBING in Schnecksville. They know their stuff and will take care of you!!
Description of Work: Checked and fixed leak, addressed issues with current ph neutralizer installed by previous homeowner, provided satisfactory answers to other plumbing concerns not related to visit

Description of Work: Fix a problem with the bathtub faucet which only had a small stream of water coming form it. I had two other plumbers and they wanted to break through the ceramic tiles to try to fix the problem. Groff plumbing fixed it with no problem and the ceramic tiles are in tact.

Description of Work: We re putting in a pool house. They did the rough plumbing for now and some minor work in the house. Glenn and his wife are very professional and always very pleasant to talk to. Description of Work: Rerouted pvc pipe attached to sump pump from one side of basement through the basement wall in a more optimal location for water runoff.

 + 0 moreExcellent. They even fixed a leaking toilet bowl ring on the same trip.
Description of Work: A leak had developed in a wall which did water damage to the downstairs cieling. Groff Plumbing was called. The company sent over two employees the very next morning . They opened the ceiling to determine where the leak was coming from. After doing so they discovered in was coming from a shower wall upstairs. They then had to open a closet/shower wall for access to the leak which they fixed quickly. When all was said and done, they cleaned up both downstairs and upstairs. When they left you would never have known they were there.

 + -1 moreAfter I bought a new Flotec sump pump last fall (it was expensive), I decided to have this local plumber install it. They did a great job at a reasonable price. When the pump failed in April (not their fault) they came over immediately when I called, and replaced it with a loaner. When the hardware store replaced the pump with a newer model, Mr. Groff sent an employee to install the new one. All workers were prompt and courteous. I will be using them again very soon.
Description of Work: Last fall, they installed a sump pump that I had purchased and installed in a less than optimum way. I wanted it reinstalled professionally, and they did a great job at a reasonable price. In April, the pump failed (not their fault) and my basement was starting to flood. They came over immediately on a Friday evening and gave me a loaner! When I got the original pump replaced under warranty, they came over and installed that and took back the loaner.
