Alex was AWESOME!! Very nice, professional young man. Prompt, courteous and in short, an asset to his craft.
He wasn't here long and took care of a leak that was apparently shorting out our electric. Our bill came to UNDER
TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!!! No Kidding!!! Please do not misunderstand - I realize each plumbing scenario is
unique, rendering applicable fees. But if you're a homeowner in need of plumbing services or other maintenance,
you KNOW it can add up-especially if you're getting ripped off!! No worries here. I would HIGHLY recommend G M GROFF PLUMBING in Schnecksville. They know their stuff and will take care of you!!

Two young plumbers who showed up knew what they were doing, and completed the job in good time, in spite of encountering a double foundation wall where the pipe needed to exit.

I spent $415 for the last service. The last job was great. They are reasonably priced. The waiting list for scheduling the appointment is short.

The 2 men who did the repairs were prompt, friendly, and professional. They even put on paper covers over their shoes when they came in the house. This is the company that installed our plumbing when our house was built 22 years ago, and we always use them.

After I bought a new Flotec sump pump last fall (it was expensive), I decided to have this local plumber install it. They did a great job at a reasonable price. When the pump failed in April (not their fault) they came over immediately when I called, and replaced it with a loaner. When the hardware store replaced the pump with a newer model, Mr. Groff sent an employee to install the new one. All workers were prompt and courteous. I will be using them again very soon.
