Plumber reluctant to do the work bec he had had very bad experience with our landlord in the past. We agreed to be responsible for the bill and he did what he asked the day we asked for it. He did a fine job and we are very satisfied ...we would (and will) call him again. TY.(I don't remember exactly when this took place. Sorry.)

He is honest and hardworking. He is very personable. I would recommend him to anyone. I would not use anyone else. You never feel like you are being taken by him. He is good at explaining everything.
