The work that Rob did was very good. He was on time and finished on time. I would hire him again. His day began at 8am and he worked straight through to 4pm. No break for lunch. There were 2 other men working with him. One worked for Rob and did a very good job. The other (Mike), I will evaluate his seperately as he was the electric/plumber guy and did not work for Rob. He was from another business. Rob's business is R-S Construction from Owego,NY however he does live in Pa.
