Crescent Builders

No work was done.

The provider, Crescent Builders of Sayre, PA (hired by Lowe's) is worthless. They have been fired by Lowe's. They never showed up on time and would leave by 4 PM at the latest. They tracked mud & dirt through the house. They would turn off the power and forget to turn it back on. They also turned off the water and we had to tell them to turn it on again.
When they laid the hardwood flooring they used one board with a wide black streak the entire length of the board. Although my wifr told them to replace it they didn't and then installed the new kitchen cabinets. The owner (Jason Vorhis) told us he would take care of it. One of the cabinets (corner one) had a lazy-susan that we wanted removed and replaced with shelving. It would have made sense to remove the lazy-susan before the counter top was installed. They never removed it and the counter top (installed perfectly by another contractor) was installed.
We have a heater under the sink. They threw it away!!! They replaced it with a new one but it doesn't work. They screwed up the wiring but they did fix that after four tries.
On the deck, they neglected to nail down the ends of the boards to the frame. hey did not finish the trimming and the railings on the steps are loose and do not fit.
We started having difficulties in late August. They would say they would be at the house on a specific date and would NOT show up. Always with an excuse. The project manager at Lowe's has been unable to get them to come and fix anything.
We eventually told Lowe's we did not want this contractor in our house. He has been removed as a contractor for Lowe's.
