I am not happy and he will be receiving a clean up bill from me !
He came recommended by a friend. The gasket in my upstairs toilet was leaking and I figured I had a clog. I shut the water down. He came out, pulled the toilet (took 10 min) and hit on me for 45 min and charged me for an hour. Came out the next morning to do the work. Underneath the upstairs bath is my washer/dryer and another bath which is being renovated so the ceiling, wall and subfloor is open, easy access for him. He snaked the drain, found the pipe was clogged, which we knew. Part of the plumbing had already been replaced so all he had to do was unscrew 2 ferncos and take the section out, glue three pieces of pipe together. Since the pipe was clogged and water was backed up the system, he decided to drain it, all over my new floor and walls ! So now I have sewer soaked into new subfloor and they were tracking it all through my house !. His helper ran into my walls several times with the snake and whomever carried the old pipe out hit freshly painted wall, I could tell caause not only is there a dent in the wall but there's also a round rust ring on it. Not only did I run to the hardware store 4 times for him, paid for my materials and offer to clean up after him (because I knew he had somewhere else to work and I was trying to help him because he came out last minute, which I appreciated) I had to put up with him hitting on me the entire time ! I couldn't believe this was coming from a professionals mouth. After all of this, he had the balls to charge me $500 for 5 hours ..in his words "well you make $80 an hour"...huummm, so that gives you the right to grossly over charge me and leave me with a huge mess????? He charged me for all time he sat on his butt while I ran to the store and all the time he hit on me, what a guy. After he left, he must have felt guilty cause he called and offered to leave $100 in my mailbox, which he didn't. So all in all, I would never hire this guy to work in my house again and he will be receiving a bill for new paint and spackle, 4 hours of bleaching walls and floors, 3 sheets of treated subfloor, and steam cleaning my carpets !!

He was easy to work with and did the job exactly as requested. The quality was very good. He went the extra mile to work with us and with the environment that he was in. He was fair and reliable and did a great job. I would recommend him and would use him again in the future.
