I needed a hot water heater.  They did the job.  Got in, got out, no problem.  Very punctual, very good communications.  I was pleased and will use them again.  I would highly recommend these gentleman.

Jake removed 3 toilets and replaced with Kohler toilets. He also removed the old toilets and cleaned up all the debris. I also had a leak in one of the bathrooms which he also fixed. He has always responded promptly, is very professional and I have always been extremely satisfied with his/ their services. I have used Graydon Faulstick for many years, I would never change my plumber!

I have used Faulstick plumbing for at least 10 years now for ALL my plumbing issues in my house. I have always found them to be very professional, always punctual and have never been dissatisfied with any job they have done for me. Whenever I call, they come as soon as they possibly can, sometimes it has been on a weekend. This particular job they did was to install a new well pump after thoroughly checking to see if they could fix the problem some other way. They completed the job quickly, thoroughly and cleaned up any spillage after them. I am extremely satisfied with Faulstick Plumbing and will most definitely use them in the future.

Graydon was very professional. He explained the process to remove the old pump, and explained the warranty for the new pump he would be installing. He also checked the pressure tank and we agreed that it should also be replaced. They started the job about 9:30 and were finished by 1 o'clock. He flushed the line, and suggested we run the water for an extended period to be sure it was clear. It worked wonderfully. He did an outstanding job, and we were very pleased.

It went well. He had told me what to expect and approximately how much it would cost. He showed my the broken part and how I was only getting 10% water pressure. I now have 60% pressure ! What a great difference ! As usual he and his son were very professional and friendly. Graydon has been my plumber for years. I would recommend him to everyone!

I had a good experience with them. They're very knowledgeable, very professional and they're open about actions and what this may lead to, how cost would this maybe to go down this direction. They don't just give you one option they try to explorer a lot of different options as far as whatever you need to be clean at and whatever work you wanted to be done or whatever that they did. They're there to do whatever question you have. They don't say, "Okay. This is it. This is how much for that deal." But they go, "You can do this or you can do that or you can do that." They'll give you a different ideas.

He is courteous, professional, friendly, and does great work. I would recommend them to others.
