Defective unit, will never buy Naopleon again. The insert made all kinds of bangs and in-between noises when it lit and even when it went off. Mr. Beers came to my house at least on 10 different occasions, trying to remedy the situation. He consulted with the manufacturer several times, re-adjusted gauges, even replaced several parts. One of the times he came was on a Friday at 6:00 in the evening. Mr. Beers eventually replaced the unit with a brand new one at no extra cost to me. Mr. Beers proved to be a caring professional who is truly interested in his clients' quality of life. I do recommend his services.
