Moore Clean 4 Your Green

I’ve had Macy and Ashleigh cleaning my house biweekly for about 9 months. They do the basics - vacuum/mop the floors, feather dust, mirrors and the bathrooms. They do not use any type of furniture cleaner with my wooden furniture which I’ve never encountered with previous companies. They also don’t go out of their way to thoroughly clean I.e. under my dining room table was always dusty after they came - they never touched it. When they started, they took 1.5 hours to clean. The last few cleans, they were there for 45 minutes and missed basic things like the master tub. I also overheard them complaining that my house always looked like sh*t (I have three young kids and there’s a reason why they were hired - to make it not look like sh*t). I can’t say I’ve ever experienced this kind of attitude from a cleaning service. I also recently hired a new company that has quoted me for a 3-4 hour clean for the same price and two cleaners as well. Karen was very nice and accommodating but her employees ended up being very disappointing, with their attitude and cutting so many corners.

Karen and her staff are very nice and professional. I have only used them twice but they are on my schedule for every two weeks. Three women come together and they get my house done in about 1.5 hrs which is amzing since previous cleaners would take up to 4/5 To clean.

Karen and her team did an excellent job. We bought them lunch, and we were very happy with the work. We put the house on the market 4 days after the cleaning, and OUR HOUSE SOLD THE FIRST DAY IT WAS ON THE MARKET. Karen came over to see the house and review the scope of work that we wanted done, the communication was great. EXCELLENT AND WOULD RECOMMEND MOORE !!!

We were very satisfied with the service. The woman onsite was courteous and hardworking. We were comfortable having her in our home. The owner was responsive , both before and after the service was completed.

The service was okay, nothing special. They did not do so much detail. I kind of had to redo most of the stuff myself like they did not go under tables. They did not dust so well. Other than that, they did the bathrooms but not that well either. The price was cheap.

The ladies thoroughly cleaned my house and were courteous and efficient cleaning machines. My home was in a state, but they cheerfully tackled it and made everything shine. I most certainly recommend this service and will be scheduling their services on a continuing basis. Great value, wonderful service, and pleasant ladies that made me feel comfortable as they dusted, scrubbed, and polished their way through my home.

The owner was professional and clear in detailing the services her crew would provide. Her estimate was reasonable and I appreciated the care her staff took when cleaning my home. As a result, I plan to use them going forward.

They come out every two weeks and do the basic cleaning including sweeping, dusting, floors and bathrooms. I just have them do maintenance cleaning for me and I will use them again in the future.
