Services we offer
We specialize in new construction, and >100sq ft floors. We install pre-finished hardwood only, both residential and commercial., but are willing to bid on large remodels. For ceramic tile, but may be able to refer you to somone that finishes unfinished hardwood. We will do most any type of carpeting installs, including new and remodels. We also install vinyl, jacuzzis, tub/shower surrounds, we will do backsplashes

It should have been exciting to build and move into a new house built by a reputable contractor, but the whole experience was ruined by Dr. Tile Flooring Inc and his wife Debbie, the only salesperson we met. First of all, she did not listen when we told her we wanted the same tile placed all over the house. We only wanted carpeting in the bedrooms and stairway. Instead, she ordered carpeting for the dining and living areas as well as In the bedrooms. She only ordered enough tile for the kitchen, entryway and sunroom. The contractor only had enough tile to do those rooms. Debbie would not admit her error and was rude as she tried to tell us that WE never told her what we wanted. (She did not ever write anything down.) Her only suggestion was that we select a different kind of tile for the other rooms, which we felt would not look right. She told us that ordering more of the same tile would delay our whole project. Next, we were very specific that we wanted an upgrade in the carpet pad. We didn't get that either! She ordered a (sub)standard pad for our carpet. Since Debbie would not quote any prices to us, we had no idea about grades or quality of carpets. I am so disappointed about how cheap and crappy our carpet looks after only living in the house for two months. I make sure that all our visitors know how unhappy we are by the terrible job that Dr. Tile did on our project. I would NEVER recommend Dr. Tile's business to anyone!
Dr. Tile and his wife proved to be totally inept at the job they were in business to do. They admit no blame and really don't care if we are happy with their work or not. Keeping customers happy does not even seem to be of any concern to them.
Ugh! I'm sorry I ever heard of Dr. Tile Flooring Inc.
