DAVID BECKER PAINTING & CLEANING

We hired David Becker and his crew to paint the interior of our two year old house. We were pleased with his work. The crew helped us move the heavy furniture which was much appreciated. They were very careful to cover the floors and furniture as they worked. They cleaned up their work areas well at the end of each day. They were responsive to our questions and suggestions. The project did take a week longer than anticipated due to the illness of one of the crew members mid-project as well as a previous contract that had to be completed in the middle of our painting project. We would hire David Becker again.

This was a 2nd time I had Mr Becker over. The first time he did some painting, caulking & applied a garage floor coating material. The 2nd time he power-washed all the siding & did a bit of exterior painting. I've found his prices reasonable as I had other quotes for the same work on each of his visits to my house. I find that he's thorough on each aspect of the overall job. From the power-washing visit, several neighbors hired him after they saw him at my place.

Very well. David was prompt in replying (next day) to the message I left in his voice mail. He was here in 2 days to give an estimate and scheduled the work for two weeks later. He and his crew were on time, mannerly, pleasant and they did a great job. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I cannot say enough good things about Dave Becker and his crew. My daughter hired Dave when she and her husband purchased a home that needed painted badly . The entire interior needed painted and Dave and crew worked over a holiday weekend to insure the job was finished before the carpet installers were coming . They were transferring in which was stressful .He held true to his word and the painting was excellent . His crew is neat, courteous and trustworthy. Dave is a hard worker , true to his word and an all around nice man. He and his crew just finished our job . He showed up when he said he would and worked around my work schedule as I needed to be around because of my dogs. I highly recommend him and already enlisted him for two more rooms in my home. After years of dealing with various home improvement people I can honestly say this was the best experience we have had in a long time . My daughter is particular and she was nothing but pleased . She is aware that I was sharing this experience and acknowledged that it's ok to share her positive experience as well . Just wish I'd have found Dave Becker earlier . Dave and his crew painted the entire interior of our new home---and I mean all of it. Almost every room was a different color from the next. When we weren't happy with one of the colors we chose, he didn't hesitate to paint over it with a color that we liked. He also completely transformed our kitchen by painting the cabinets white. It was a huge job, and I can't tell you what a relief it was to work with Dave---he is *extremely easy-going* and professional, and even though I had never hired anyone for a job like this (first-time home buyer), I just had a gut feeling from the beginning that I could rest assured the job would be done, and done well. I was right! I've been anxious about plenty with this house, but not the painting job. Dave transformed our drab and beat-up interior into the cheerful, sunny home I had envisioned. It looks wonderful and I feel a true sense of completion. Thank you so much, Dave, for helping us turn our house into our first home! And for being so easy to work with---it helped make an anxious time so much more pleasant.

I got Mr Becker's business card at Sherwin-Williams where I bought their product for sealing a garage floor. It's more than just a paint & I dd not feel as though I would do a good job applying it on my own. I had contacted another painter who gave me an estimate that seemed very high so I wanted another option to compare. Mr Becker gave me an estimate for the work that was half the cost of the first contractor, so I (easily) decided to use him. We arranged for a date & he actually began a day earlier, which was fine. One thing I saw was that his truck/van seemed well organized. Some tradesmen throw all their things in their vehicle haphazardly. I figured this could reflect well on his work. As it turned-out, I was not disappointed. He did a very neat job, fixing wall damage, caulking the entire perimeter of a 2-car garage, applying the seal coating to the floor (after power-washing it), and spot-paining the garage walls. Additionally he painted the outside of the entry door & power-washed the front porch siding. Since he was able to begin earlier, he easily finished on-time. I would certainly contact him again the next time I need this type of work done.
