Critchlow was professional and courteous.  He provided us with many different options to choose from.  We saw his ad outside another house near us and I rang their doorbell to ask what they thought of his work.  The recommendation we got couldn't have been better.    I can't say enough nice things about him and his employees.  We had 20 + year old shrubs in the front and side of our house that were out of control.  He was able to keep some of the trees that we liked and gave us options on low lying shrubs that would be low maintenance that would last a long time.  He knows his stuff about plants and shrubs and at the estimate came with a rendering of what the house would look like.  All his plants are guaranteed for 1 year as he gets them from a local plant broker.  He also gave us payment options, which we appreciated.  A+

We loved the plan Glen designed for the flower beds in the front of our house.  The workers were very professional.  We are very happy with the design (plants, trees and lighting.)  We have already talked to Glen about a retaining wall and will be sure to use them in the future.

Glen's crew showed up when they said they would, and worked straight through to completion of the job.  The final cost was modified slighlty from the original quote because i added an area of sidewalk that I wanted to have repaired, and added a small amount of electrical work on the pond area.
They did a very nice job on both parts of the project.  The only small hiccup was that some of the polymeric sand that was applied after the sidewalk rebuild did not have adeaquate time to set before it rained, and there will be some touch-up needed.  This has not been completed, as of this review.
Overall, a very nice job, and I would use them again.  We did use them 8 or 9 years ago for a retaining wall, which worked out really well.  I thought some of their itemized costs for materials were too high, however the overall job was competitive.

HIS WORK WAS VERY NEAT -- SIDEWALKS, DRIVEWAYS, YARDS WERE KEPT CLEAN. ONE PLANT DID NOT THRIVE AND HE REPLACED IT WITHOUT US EVER TELLING HIM ABOUT IT. HE DROVE BY TO CHECK ON PLANTS AND NOTICED THE ONE NOT DOING SO WELL.
