Superior Interiors

The owner of Superior Interiors had done nothing, insisting the manufacturer has to make it right and the manufacturer of the carpet, Kraus, said no, that Superior Interiors had to make it right. So, we are left with a fray carpet that we paid in cash, $900. NOTHING was done.

They were prompt and when there were some blemishes they did come out and fix them. I was happy with their work. I didn’t check any competitor prices so I am not sure about the price. We do plan to use them again.

They came out and we discussed everything.  We discussed in which way the wood would be laid.  They did everything we wanted.  Our experience with them was great.  It was fantastic.

The worker came on time, completed the job efficiently, was pleasant and professional.  We are very pleased with the results.

Nice personnel. Very nice job on the floors. Messed up the molding on stairs and other spots, which required significant painting. Balked at repairing some of the floor before refinishing it.

When we moved into the house 46 years ago we covered our floors with wall-to-wall carpeting, as was the style at the time. After 40 years, of course, stains seeped down through the carpeting to the oak floor beneath. We decided to pull up the carpeting and wanted to restore those Oak floors. We saw his work and asked him to do ours, and I am very happy that we did. There was never a speck of dust throughout the house from the sanding, and he varnished the floors beautifully as well. They look incredible, and for all of the work that he did, his prices were very reasonable. We were very happy with them.
