Steel City Insulation, LLC, is a local, owner operated company specializing in the application of Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Insulation. We service the Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania areas. At Steel City Insulation, LLC, quality is a standard feature for us. We are dedicated to providing professional customer service while delivering the highest quality products at reasonable prices. Our spray foam insulation contains significant percentages of bio-based materials as well as pre-consumer and post-consumer recycled materials, manufactured using the most environmentally conscious products available. We have factory trained and certified applicators on all job sites. Steel City Insulation, LLC offers both closed cell and open cell spray foam, as well as blown-in cellulose insulation to our customers. WE DO NOT INSTALL INJECTION FOAM. Financing available.

"Spray Foam is installed at a nominal depth to achieve an average R-value. The idea behind average thickness is that while some areas may be at a lower depth the other areas will be at or greater than the target depth. The overall desired thermal resistance is achieved for the complete area of the assembly by maintaining an average thickness."
