I spoke with Ryan over the phone, described the house I needed the ducts cleaned (2 bedroom, 2 floor) and received a quote. It should be noted that the price I paid included a $50 coupon as I had found KleenAire at the Pittsburgh Mills Home Show. Ryan and his co-worker arrived promptly at 8am, immediately set up shop and got to work. I was amazed at how little their work interfered with the rest of the house. Ducts look great and my renters are extremely happy with their new air quality minus the years of cat hair buildup. Definitely would recommend and use again!
