The shed is great. It's spacious and will help me with storage. I got a 10x12 premier shed with a gable roof. Their prices are reasonable, the work is good and the service is excellent. My neighbors love it, too!
contacted in the morning about shed build and dravis workers arrived around 10.00 am. shed was built on site and workers were very professional and diligent in their work. shed was built to my specs and I was very pleased with quality of the build. workers stayed until completion of build, same day around 7:00 pm. clean up was fantastic.i would definitely recommend a dravis built shed.
I had been searching for a new shed and tried the big box stores and other "Amish" style shed places in the Pittsburgh region. None of these places had the quality or style of the shed that I was looking for. Nor did they have alot of choices available. Needless to say, the prices were very high for the quality.
I found Dravis Buildings (greatshedsforless.com) via Google and thought I would give them a shot. From the minute I clicked on their website, I was impressed. They provide very detailed information for customers in a simple format. As a customer I love to see what I am getting and how much it will cost. The site shows you all of the styles, customizations, product details, prices, etc.
I called and spoke with Wendy who was very helpful. After viewing the options available, I told her I was interested in an 8x12 shed with Grey Vinyl siding, Slate Gray shingles, and Navy Blue shutters. She said no problem at all and that they would provide and email a quote to me. I received the quote and at $2800 for everything, I couldn't have been happier with this price because of the quality of the product. This INCLUDES setting up a base for the structure. You do not have to do this yourself, even on a slightly sloped yard.
Even thought I am in the South Hills, they said they would come down here for a little extra cost. They also said that they deliver and install on 1 day over a weekend. That is such a convenience! It actually only took them 6 hours on a Sunday to install. It was great watching them install the concrete base, build the floor, put up the walls, install the roof, and put in the doors/window. They took their time and did it right with plenty of nailing and detailed finishes.
I highly recommend Dravis Buildings to come and build your shed. Simple and great quality from start to finish.
