"We have over 55 years’ experience with HVAC, we pride ourselves on being professional. In this case the member called our company for a clean and service of her Miller Mobile Home Furnace. The service tech went on Oct 11, found the unit was old but still was running ok, he cleaned and serviced, changed nozzle, filter, and oil filter. Tech did a Bacharach report that shows the unit was running ok. When we received the call to come back out, 20 days later, when her CO2 alarm was going off, we made it a priority to get out there the same day to make sure she and the family were safe. Upon arrival the CO2 was not caused by the furnace. The service tech changed the nozzle again and did a Bacharach insight report, tested for CO2 and no concern was coming from the furnace. He left with the unit working correctly. But due to the age of the furnace there was concern she would have issues in the future with her furnace and suggested replacement. Customer called again on 11-2-11 (had no heat at this time); we expressed our opinion was to replace the unit due to age. Customer was not happy with our opinion and expressed so in a few unprofessional text messages to our service tech. Our techs are sent continually for training on oil, heat pumps, gas, and boilers. We have over a thousand customers that we service in all types of heating and cool systems. Also you will find attached our Bacharach insight reports for both visits."
