Work was paid in full but work has yet to be 100% completed.
My steps are deteriorating after only a year, they are not to code and are very dangerous. A lot of the work was done sloppy and required "patchwork" that the contractor never came back to finish. Will not answer calls, will not come back to finish work. Has taken my money and ran off. Some of the concrete looks decent, a bunch of it looks like a high school student completed. Contractor worked in a rushed manner, fought with his employees and had no sense of urgency to complete the job correctly but to rather get in and get out.
