They did pretty well, pretty good, I don't have any complaint.

Priest Inspection has preformed multiple home inspections for me and they are the only home inspectors I will use. Their knowledge of building construction and home systems are unmatched. Once completed they give a comprehensive, honest, and unbiased report of the property.

It took me a while to get to this review, but wanted to make sure these guys got the credit they deserve. They were incredibly kind, communication was great, scheduling was a breeze, and they were here on time. They took time to point out and explain any issues to me. They suggested any repairs that may need to be made. The report we received from them was very thorough and when I showed it to my friend who owns a home remodeling business his words were “that is a very well done and professional looking inspection report”. Roger did 2 home inspections, termite and radon tests for me. He showed up early for both, answered all of my questions and provided very thorough reports along with repair estimates for each item that proved to be accurate. He was very easy to get in touch with and good about providing me with any additional information, pictures, etc for each property if I needed it.

I would highly recommend Roger for any home inspection in the future.

Mr Roger Priest was on time and started his inspection from the top floor of the house for Asbestos Containing Material (ACM).
After the inspection he provided his recommendations based on his finding. I asked him other questions regarding the house condition and he happily answered those. He also sent me written report on his findings and replied follow up questions I had.

Vendor provided radon remediation pricing over phone, on the date of instillation, vendor came and indicated that the job required more than what he said (about $1,000 more!!) even though I described all that was needed when we talked on the phone. I declined his services after he tried to scam me.

Mailed a sample of material in a ziplock bag, along with payment. Less than a week later, tests results, description of test, and lab certification were emailed back. Also recieved hard copies via postal mail. Price was excellent. Good turnaround and communication.
