Company no show no called a scheduled appointment, when I went to follow up to see why they didn’t show up as scheduled, customer service rep claimed they sent a text message but no text message was ever received. The company makes $ by selling customers “MVP memberships” but it appears that they have sold more of these memberships than they have staff capacity to handle. I’d think twice about buying one of these memberships for routine maintenance because you don’t get any additional level of customer service than the person who doesn’t have a membership and just calls for service. The membership comes with a discount for repair work, but frankly, you can probably just price shop other companies and get the same price from someone else without paying for this membership.
