 + 1 moreDave went above and beyond in returning to us a detailed estimate within our short real estate contingency time frame.
Description of Work: We had put a contract on a home and at the Home Inspection we learned the house had some serious issues...collapsing deck, main support beams of the house itself not attached to anything structural, and more. Hoping to follow through with the purchase, we contacted Dave Bittler for an estimate on what these major repairs would cost. We were upfront with Dave in that the work was pending a final signed contract. Dave was very responsive and professional and gave us an extremely reasonable bid and a very detailed outline of the work to be performed (very structurally complete). He went above and beyonIn the long run, we terminated the real estate contract because the homeowner was unable to pay for the repairs. However, we contacted Dave to let him know and he was appreciative for us getting back to him, and we all agreed we would potentially work together in the future. We had a very positive initial experience with Dave.
