She was wonderful. She talked to me on the phone as if she'd known me forever. She was just so gracious and kind. I was saying, "My friend is down." and I could just tell that she was blue and I just wanted to send something and I said, "Nothing expensive, just a little pick me up." I was like, "This is what's in my budget. This is what I want to spend. Can you do something nice?" She said, "Oh, yeah." She knew exactly where the office was located. She got back to me. She called me back regarding of the questions that I had for her. My girlfriend said that the bouquet was beautiful. I will use her again. She was quick and timely.
