Repairman was cheerful, courteous, knowledgeable and skilled. Replacing the spring took about 20 minutes each time, and he also checked the rest of the system to be sure there were no other problems - either current or likely (there weren't). I've never been dissatisfied with their service and thought the price was reasonable.
I'll be replacing the door this spring and will definitely call them for an estimate, along with Plyler. Will be interested in others' reviews of these 2 providers.
Finally, and worst: within a year of installation, the paint on the outside of the door started to peel and fade. Again, a lot of unreturned calls, and when we did talk to them, there was a lot of runaround - "We'll be out to look at it soon", but we never saw them; "Oh sorry, it's turning into winter, we'll have to wait till next spring." And they referred us to their paint subcontractor for resolution - first of all, we shouldn't have to deal with the paint guy (he hired him, we didn't), and secondly, this guy was as half-hearted as they were in getting back with us after we called him. So now it's two years in, and after multiple phone calls & emails, they've done nothing to fix this problem. We've just spent almost $4000 on a door that now looks 15 years old.
