 + -1 moreWe interviewed him and did not give the job to him, but he kind of started doing some investigative digging before we gave any permission so that was not good. We are just in the planning stages of it and have not done any work yet. Communication was not good and we decided to stay far away from him. The owner's first name is Jim. We never got to the pricing stage. He did return phone calls but he was very disorganized. He could not remember what we called him about. He was late, but he called me to say he was going to be late.
Description of Work: I got an estimate from Keltner Excavating and Construction. We wanted him to re-route some drains with the potential of some concrete work.
