The owner was the person who cleaned my windows.  The owner is actually a 19 year-old kid to my surprise.  He was very nice, professional, and wore a uniform.  He did the job in about an hour and a half.  Left me with a professional invoice and a couple business cards with a wonderfully hand written letter thanking me for choosing his company.  Next time I get my windows cleaned, I will be definitely calling A.M. window cleaning.
