Beware, this company takes advantage of you. They were requested to repair a joust crack in the attic and quoted $650. We thought the issue was much worst then originally found and would take some time to fix. The repair was completed, but in only half an hour and only 1 board was used for the fix. When inquired about the bill, they refused to lower the bill indicating they had apparently did do a lot more "behind the scene" work such as estimates (which are apparently free), reading inspection reports, taking the single board back to the office to cut, etc. Don't be fooled by this company, they do not have any integrity!

Mr. Manion came to assess a leak that had developed after we had a new roof put on top of our existing roof by another roofer.  We had not been able to get in contact the other roofer who did the job!
Prior to finding Mr. Manion through a friend in the construction business,  we had someone else try to repair the leak, but that roofer had been unsuccessful after 2 or 3 attempts.  We got a repair quote from another roofer who quoted over $700.00 without even going on the roof!.  Mr. Manion came out, went on the roof, found the problem immediately and fixed it right away.  The problem actually had to do with the original roofing even though it had not leaked before the 2nd roof was placed on top.   We have not had any problems in over a year.

Our longstanding problem was resolved! (One former roofer tried patching it 3 times without success. Another roofer came out and gave us a $700 estimate without climbing onto the roof.)
