We had someone come out before him and they indicated we would need a new roof for approximately $16-20,000 and Bill was able to fix the needed repairs for under $300.00 He was terrific. He also made additional repairs to our roof. He had great communication and was very informative of what he was doing and explained everything very clearly to us.

Overall service and price was good. I needed a half dozen shingles replaced that I've lost over the past few months to wind. Bill showed up on time, did the job, and cleaned up. I will use again.

Not the low bidder, nor the high. Their estimator impressed me with his professionalism and attention to detail. The job was on-time, as promised, and very well done. Highly recommended1

Experience was good - found Bill on Angie's List. He came out and did an estimate on the repairs and we also asked him to give the roof an overall inspection since we just moved in ~ 8 months ago. He left a very thorough estimate and was very competitively priced. We were able to schedule an appointment and he showed up, did the work and then explained everything in detail to my husband prior to heading out. Bill made sure to clean up any debris from the job.

They called right away and they were very nice. They gave me a quote and fixed it as soon as they came in. They did a patch in the house. They cleaned up and everything looks fine. We are very pleased with them.

We noticed a large gap next to our chimney which caused an inside leak. We called Bill and he quoted flashing and some gutter repair. Bill finished the job quickly and resolved both issues. I asked for an idea of the roof overall and Bill provided info on a couple of other items that could be addressed but at the same time did a quick fix for us. Bill was easy to work with. We will definitely use again.

Bill came out immediately and did some stop-gap work right before Superstorm Sandy hit. He returned and was able to finish the work in good time.
I would definitely hire him again.

Everything went well. They made themselves readily available at the same time that the hvac company was working which we greatly appreciated.

I was not in any hurry to get the vents replaced. I told Bill that he could come when it was convenient for him. He was to come that Friday, I did not have to be there, but it rained so he came on Saturday. He went right to work. Finished the job and did not leave any mess. While Bill was finishing looking at the back of the house to estimate the siding, he noticed that one of the brackets holding a downspout on the garage was loose. He grabbed a few things from his truck and reattached the downspout to the garage. That was above and beyond and did not charge extra for that.

Bill was prompt to respond with an estimate and practical with his suggestions.
Overall the job was adequate.
My only concern was that the gutter was installed without the facia completely covering the wood. If that was not discovered in the initial estimate and a new cap needed to be installed when he was puttng on the gutters, we should have been made aware so we could fix the problem. Now we have wood showing on the facia at one end of a gutter.

We found Bill on Angie's list. We called him for a consultation. He came to the house (we were out of town at the time) and he made his evaluation. He told us what it would take to repair the roof and showed us the problem with the sleeves. We were also away when he made the repairs. This rainy spring proved his work to be excellent. We asked about replacing the flashings and he came a couple of weeks later (at our request) and did the replacements. At that time we asked his opinion on how to stop the carpenter bees from doing further damage to the fascia. Bill showed us photos of his work then we asked for a quote and was given a very good price. The house looks so much better with the gables and fascia capped. We are thrilled by the work completed, his work ethic and his professional manner. The work area was always clean and Bill was always friendly and responsive to our questions. We highly recommend William Ingram Roofing and Siding.

Bill was punctual and professional and be of all quick in repairing the roof for us. We had no extra shingles and Bill did a good job of matching the color and style of shingles and left the remainder of the bundle for any future repair that might be necessary.
The repairs have stood the test of numerous storms over the past year without any problem.

I contacted Bill Ingram for an estimate to fix a section of vinyl siding above my garage. There was a small piece missing and a panel that the prior home owner had nailed through. Bill got back to me two days later and apologized for the delay. He came by my home the next day and left me a very detailed estimate. The estimate listed the exact make of my siding and style although he did warn me that an exact color match wouldn't be possible due to fading. But he did recommend a color he thought would make up for this. He even noted a couple of other smaller issues which he included in the estimate.
I waited a couple of weeks for several estimates from other companies. One company told me that they didn't work on aluminum siding. I assumed that they must have driven by my house without even getting out of their truck to make the estimate. One company told me I needed to reside my whole house after working me over with 3 separate technicians/estimaters.
Bill came out the day after I approved the work and finished everything we had discussed. The siding style matched perfectly and I thought the color matching was quite acceptable. He also mentioned that he thought he could get a replacement gable vent for my garage to replace one that was in bad shape. We agreed on the price and he came back the next day and replaced that also. On both visits, the work area was left clean and free of nails, etc.I am very happy with the work that was done and the price paid. Bill cares about his work and it shows. I highly recommend Bill Ingram Roofing and Siding.

Bill said he and his crew would get there at 7am on Thursday. He said he’d complete the job in 2 days. He came Wednesday afternoon to take down our gutters. This was fine with us because we didn’t have to be there. They got there even earlier than they said they would on Thursday morning (which was good because it didn’t matter if we were awake or not). They completed the entire job on Thursday. I got home from work to see them cleaning up and the roof looked beautiful. Bill went above and beyond in a couple of ways. First, he was able to take off our gutters before putting on the roof, and then put them back on after the job, instead of having to replace the gutters entirely. This saved us money of course. Another roofer had said he’d have to replace them. And not only replace them but replace them with inferior gutters. In addition, that roofer’s price was higher than Bill’s. Another way Bill went above and beyond was that he came back on Friday to fix a downspout that was broken on the back of our house (not near the new roof). This was not included in the original estimate. So I was not expecting that at all. Also a third roofer gave us an estimate and said if they found any plywood that needed replacing they would replace it but it would be at an extra charge for each piece of plywood. Bill told us in the original estimate that the plywood was all bad and needed replacing but his price was still lower than the third roofer’s. We’ve been through hurricane Irene and more and the roof is holding up just fine and still looking good!

The job itself went fine. It was trying to have him come back that was the problem.

My overall experience was excellent. I recieved everything that was promised in the quote and more. Bill and crew were extremely professional and cleaned the site after as if they were not even at the site. I was extremely impressed with his work and his price was extremely fair.

Once I realized that Bill is allergic to the door bell, things worked out just fine.
My worries which I made clear to him was the leak from the skylight into the bucket. He could not guarantee it as it was considered a repair. But assured me it should be resolved and any problem call him straight away.
It has been about a month and there has been many rain storms. I have not notice any leaks as yet so the bucket has been put to better use.
They left the place just as they found it clean.

Bill was very professional and fast. He was out same day for a quick repair on a piece of siding and provided estimate for the shed. He was delayed by a few days from his intended start date due to weather, but he wrapped everything up on the first good weather day. Overall, very happy with the job and timeliness of completion.

we. Noticed a small roof leak a few weeks ago, unable ton determine where the source of the leak was coming from. We contacted Bill, whim returned our call promptly and came to the house the very next day. We were given some options formthe leak and also had requested a quote for some additional work capping rake boards with aluminum. Bill's estimate was much more reasonable than the other 2 roofers we contacted and he was very honest and fair about what was needed. Other roofer estimates attempted to say we needed an entire new gutter system and upsell us. We really only needed the gutters to be tightened up onto the flashing. Bill was on time every day, weather permitting, and worked very h****** our project- even taking care of some bees' nest along the way. The job was finishedon time, all materials were cleaned up and we had a very positive experience. We have already used Bill for another property to coat an existing roof and we had a fast and affordable experience. I highly recommend using Bill Ingram on any roof or siding work you may have.

Bill was a complete pleasure to deal with. His professionalism restored my faith in the roofing profession. His service was prompt, accurate and reasonably priced. He made helpful suggestions to improve preventive measures to ensure the health of the roof. If you need a honest, dependable roofer, do not look any further.
