Flooring
They were terrible. When they mixed the grout they did not use the proper proportions. When they were finished with what they were using, they dumped the extra on my lawn. They did not dispose of the grout properly. I had chosen very expensive tiles and he had his helpers installing the tile. They were not doing the work properly. They were not laying them down symmetrically. The work was very sloppy and unprofessional. I had to go out and buy more tile so that they could continue working. Mike himself was very uncooperative and he basically washed his hands of the project and walked away. In the end I had to find another contractor.
