Our central air conditioner unit stopped working on a 100 degree day. I called around to several local companies and Plotts was the only company willing to come out immediately. The technician seemed very knowledgeable and did an extensive inspection to figure out what exactly the problem was, rather than simply assume (and charge us for) the worst. He explained everything clearly and gave us some good tips on how to help prevent the issue from happening again. We were very pleased with the level of service and the responsiveness of the company. We will definitely set up a service plan with this company.

All repairs have been done with the utmost of care and quality. Lonnie and Mike have always cleaned-up after themselves and have spent the extra time to inform us of exactly what is happening with our system.

He was very thorough. I thought he would tell me to get a new air conditioning unit and that would be thousands of dollars. He was very clear that he tried to maintain it and not replace it. I really appreciated that. I would use him in the future.

I have no complaints about their service. Everything has gone well with them. They came out on a very snowy day even.

Our condensation pipe was clogged in the basement and overflowing. We were not aware that you could just pull it out and unclogged it. The repair man did this, unclogged it with a screwdriver and it then drained into the ground correctly. I was glad it was nothing major but kind of annoyed that I had to pay 133. 00 for a 10 minute service call that, had I had the knowledge, could have done myself. Live and learn. But this is the going rate so I was happy that it was quickly resolved.

Their prices are average. The quality of their service is great. Overall, our experience of working with them has been good.

Overall we were pleased because they showed initiative and did not simply put a patch on the problem.

Every time they came to my place they did a great job. They would fix something, but also after it was fixed it was in better shape than before it broke. They are very professional. They are responsible in every way. They have always came the next day, or whenever they say they will come. They have been a few minutes early, I have never had to wait for them. They are a bit expensive.
