OEHLERT BROTHERS INC

We have a service contract with them. We've had Oehlert for years. My parent's had Oehlert at their house for years. They come in, they're friendly, they're well-known in the area because they know half the people. It's like $200 a year and it's for your air conditioner and heater. If something breaks down they come fix it and they don't usually charge you. Their price is pretty competitive.

They come a couple times a year to check my heating and air conditioning. The price was part of my maintenance plan.

They are local, is the main reason I used them. They do an good job. Very good, professional, clean, leave the place clean, they are very good. I have been using them for an couple of years now.

The service man was prompt and professional. We could not have been more pleased with the results and have gone back to being Oehlert customers for all out heating needs.

Went fine. There was a slight problem, which I noticed several days later, and they quickly came back out and fixed the problem, which was their fault, without additional cost. Very good job overall.

Let me say that I am amazed at the great reviews that were given to this company. Our experience lately has been one of frustration. It takes forever to get someone out, even if you are without heat or air conditioning. It took over a week to get someone out when the A/C stopped cooling. I had an appointment today to have my heater checked for the winter. They called at the appointment time to say that the technician had been held up at another job, and wouldn't be able to make it until tomorrow. I asked if they could come next week when my husband would be off. She told me that they were fitting us into a cancellation, and that if we didn't take it, it would be the 3rd week in January before we would see them. The woman on the phone acted as though she was doing me a favor by giving me an appointment tomorrow. What about the time that I wasted today? Now, I have to leave a key in order for him to get in. We are going to be buying a new heater and air conditioner, but it won't be from Oehlert. Funny, but I have been given the name of a small installer by an Oehlert employee who is a friend of mine. The employee isn't in the service dept, and said that he wouldn't hire them because they aren't good at what they do. Wow! Doesn't that say it all!!

They check the air conditioning unit in spring and heater in fall. Their price is as good as anybody else. We are very pleased with their work.

It is a family run organization and they have been there in the market for a long time. They are dependable. They are pleasant. The same people come out every time and they all are just nice people. The quality of their work is good and they are punctual.

We have been with Oehlert ever since we bought our home in 2004. Each year, they call to schedule our annual burner maintenance and arrive as promised to complete a full system check before it gets too cold and we need to use our heater. Their employees are great-very professional and polite.

When I woke up recently, my house was 55 degrees. After quickly determining my oil tank was empty, I called Oehlert Bros., explained the problem, and was told someone would call back. After an hour of waiting and wondering, I called again and reached a dispatcher. She told me that she knew of the issue and the driver had been notified. I asked her how long it would be until I saw a delivery and she said there was no way to tell. It wasn't until I pressed her on this, asking if the drivers had radios or cell phones, that she begrudgingly put me on hold and attempted to make contact. A few minutes later she returned to the line to tell me she couldn't reach him and there wasn't anything else she could do. I have a pregnant wife and 18-month old baby at home. I told her that her I don't know wasn't good enough and she condescendingly explained to me that the driver had a lot of tickets and I just had to wait. They did eventually fill the tank, but never apologized.

WE HAVE ALWAYS USED OEHLERT BROTHERS FOR OUR HEATING AND AIR-CONDITIONING NEEDS. OIL IS DELIVERED ON A REGULAR BASIS DURING THE WINTER. SEVERAL PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE OFFERED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF ALL THE CUSTOMERS. OEHLERT SERVICES OUR HEATING AND AC UNITS IN A TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THE SERVICE TECHNICIANS ARE PROMPT AND BUSINESS-LIKE.
