The seller of a house was represented by a Keller Williams agent. What a nightmare! The agent signed a disclosure statement saying that a number of things in house worked, and the next day provided extensive documentation showing that in fact those things did not work. As just one example, the disclosure said there were no termites and no history of termites. The same agent then told us he had a quote from a pest control company to treat an ongoing infestation! Everything was a lie. The agent even mis-represented the square footage of the house on the MLS form and said he just made a mistake when we showed him the tax assessor records saying the house was 300+ square feet smaller than he said. Stay away!

I don’t remember how much we spent. We sold and bought through them. The experience with them was wonderful. We sold our house under forty five days and we bought a house as soon as we were ready to. They were excellent. They also gave us recommendations for the sale and purchase of our home. We went with their recommendations. We would use their services again in the future.
