Fleming Termite & Pest Control

We had a severe raccoon invasion in our roof. We called Fleming and Chris showed up a couple of hours later. He examined the problem, determined the solution, and gave us a free estimate. We decided to proceed, and he immediately began to work. To our amazement, all the raccoons were gone after 4 hours. Chris came to check how everything was for the following two days, and when he made sure that there were no raccoons left, he completely sealed the entry and exit point. Great work, and problem solved in a very short period of time. Very pleased.

All they really did was just place mouse traps everywhere. I was totally dissatisfied. Way too much money. They wanted $700 for an annual contract. Terminix is better and more affordable.

I found Fleming Pest Control on Angies List and gave them a call. They came out the next day to do an estimate. The estimate was free, however, i was given to understand that estimates are not always free -- depends on the type of problem / service.
I was given a 3 hour timeframe that someone would be out to do the estimate. They were prompt, friendly and professional. In fact, he was able to treat the problem right there on the spot. Next day - no hornets!
Fleming was friendly, helpful and professional from the time I called in until the problem was taken care of. I will definately use them again if the need arises and I would recommend to anyone.

Have been using Fleming for over a year. There have been no problems, and most important, no mice.

Overall they were fine; I didn't have any major complaints about the service. My only concern was that they initially wanted me to sign up for a 6-month treatment. I ended up canceling after 3 months. I had 3 treatments and then cancelled because I didn't feel that 6 months was really warranted. I thought it was an isolated incident and that 2 treatments were sufficient. That was my only concern with them. The service was fine and they were professional. I had no problems with the gentleman that came out. I haven't had to utilize the service before and I didn't do a price comparison. I think their price was probably average. The service seemed to do the job. They didn’t have a set time to show up but they came on the day they said they were going to come. I would probably not utilize their service again because they would probably try to sell me another 6-month treatment.

These people are professional, friendly, thorough and a pleasure to do business with. They are prompt and efficient. If I need them to return between visits they will happily do so but this has not been necessary. Once there was a mistake about payment - one phone call, promptly answered, cleared this right up. I wish all the businesses we deal with were this good.

Overall, a great experience. I found Fleming on Angie's List and called them at 8 am- they answered the phone and asked if they could come out the same day between 12 and 2. They called when they were 1/2 hour away and arrived when they said they would. Andy immediately identified the type of bee and described their habits to me. He was concerned because we have a very small yard area and they have a minimum charge of $150, but I wanted the problem taken care of and had talked to at least one other company that did not deal with bees. Andy and his employee performed the work efficiently and were extremely pleasant.
