"This client lives in Wayne, Pa. My helper and I remove a large canvas porch awning in late fall and reinstall in late Spring. There are 2 ceiling fans that come down and put back up when the awning is done. Also an electrical short on a 3 way switch and replacing internal parts of all the toilets."
