The team was thorough, timely, and fit us in the week of Christmas. They are a bit pricey but at the higher end of normal for cleaning companies.

Had same services for six years with several different personnel; changes made when things repeatedly missed.
70% of time very friendly while here but performance became complacent and when told, and employee/s became argumentative and twice reply was on the verge of being insulting. One comment was that 'I was too fussy', and at that point we started looking at even more spots, so-to-speak, to see if things were skipped, which they were and obvious. I did it myself which did not please my spouse.
Almost each time of service they were told to 'please slow down' so areas were not missed and we just decided we were
just taken for granted. After six years of service we believe we really tried to be loyal customers, but obviously that did not
matter. In the original look-see by the owner, we were told that she would be checking her employee's occasionally, but
that never happened, not once. Not even when a few things were noticeably damaged.
The last straw was during a death in the family and we called while in the procession, to let them know we would be late getting back due to accident on a major highway, approx. 15 minutes or so.
In a rush that morning to the funeral, I did forget to leave a key hidden, admitted that in the call, but know one picked up my message in mid-afternoon approx. between 1:30-2:15PM in their office.
Of course later by the owner we were told that did not matter, excuse me! Another kind of on the verge of insulting. So, I just sent a check for a cancellation fee because we believed it was the right thing to do (date of check noted above). At that point we parted ways. Such a shame that the owner/manager was the same as employee/s when told things were not as they should be as promised, and they were common sense occurrences and should never have happened.
As service people we believe the customer is 'usually right' and probably a 70-30 split. With this company the customer is never right. Again, a shame
As for sharing this info,no, but a score of between a D & F should give a prospective new customer cause to be cautious. And one last comment: our home was always neat when they arrived and they did acknowledge it was 'easy to clean'...go figure.
You may call us if you wish to discuss the above comments. I honestly believe that these services would be as they should be if indeed the cleaners would stop the chit chat and just do the job at an appropriate pace

Horrible!! They completely missed a bathroom. My house smelled awful after they left. Found dust under everything. I would not recommend them!!! They also charged way more then the estimate
