About us

Cobblepot Services started as a real estate investment company that specializes in flipping houses. Frustrated with the contractor experience of poor communication and not meeting deadlines, we developed a system for installing kitchens to make the process more streamlined and seamless. This process takes a lot of the pain out of the construction experience. Our design experience in flipping houses has helped us in learning functionality and aesthetics along with helping the home owner with resale value.

Earl did an outstanding professional work. Our kitchen looks great and very modern. He also installed lights in out dinning room and living room. It seems like we live in a new house. He did a great work.

Earl took my 1990 kitchen and turned it into fabulous. New cabinets, floor, counter, sink, backsplash, and appliances - This was a total kitchen remodel. The workmanship and material was top quality. Earl was responsive to my concerns, returned phone calls, answered questions and was always courteous and helpful. The kitchen originally had task lighting but the task lighting Earl found for me was so much better. My kitchen could be in a magazine. Everyone who has seen it has commented on the beauty, efficiency and workability of my kitchen.
