Excellent! John responded to phone call right away, and came out next day on his way home from another job. He and his assistant, Jerry, worked diligently and quietly. Came out to reconnect appliances the next day after I called. The countertop hole for the cooktop wasn't quite big enough (other company), so John had to come back another day, which he did so without complaint, and to no extra cost to me. Great service!
