Keith was a bit late getting to my location, but given the lack of signage and no cell signal in my rural area he did well enough. Hence the B for punctuality.
Keith and his technician found a blown fuse on the circuit board, replaced it and left me a few for future use.

Keith failed to show up for the original appointment... when I contacted him he said he forgot because of other emergency business. The appointment was rescheduled and he did show up for that appointment. The work he performed with respect to the Inspection, Cleaning and Adjustment of the furnace was adequate. He also had several recommendations with respect to changing the duct work to improve the efficiency. I requested a quote, but he never gave us one. My feeling is that he is too busy with the and quot;bigger jobsand quot; to pay much attention to the and quot;smaller jobsand quot; (such as minor repairs or alterations to residential HVAC systems).

Keith Hein and his help started the job and stayed on it every day as arranged until completion. He explained the units and the operation of the thermostat. Was very pleased with his work and most all his promptness in his work days! No slacking here. Had a job to do and got it done!
