Considering the type job and the major size stones they had to work around they did a great job, nice personnel to work with, can't say enough about the quality of AKA fencing.

First of all, these guys were pleasant and really listened to our wants and needs. They install fencing for landscapers and the landscaper we originally worked through promised us an extremely tight starting date. I don't know how they did it, but they met that date. They even showed up the first day in pretty heavy rain and laid everything out so they'd be all ready to go the next morning. They improved on our original design, but always got our approval first. Their workmanship and professionalism were first class. In addition, they were friendly, polite and personable, even though we were having an early hot spell. Only once they were sure everything was to our satisfaction did they clean up, pack up and leave with assurances that we should call them if we found anything not to our liking.

The job was quoted. Matt made good suggestions to improve upon our design but gave us the choice to accept or not. No pressure. For example we were thinking of a four foot fence, but he thought five would be more effective for preventing deer. The gate was upgraded also.

Materials took about a month to get in the colors we wanted for the fence and posts. Mid-month Matt called, apologized for the delay and said if we wanted standard color posts and fence, he could start sooner. We said to wait for what we ordered and wanted.

Construction went very quickly with three employees. Matt was very insistent to his people that they must not walk through the garden since it was about half planted when they installed the fence. Clean up was thorough. Quality was also excellent. The job was finished and the bill matched the quote. We are quite pleased with AKA, a company we found solely because of Angie's List. Thanks.

Obtained estimates from 4 different companies for 170 ft of new wood fencing and a new 8x14 ft pergola, all of W. Red Cedar. This company had a good rating from Angie's List and was also recommended by 2 nurseries in the area. They took two and a half days to complete the task, one day to dig the holes and set all posts and one and a half days to build everything. They arrived on time all days and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. All workmen on the job were courteous and performed their work in a business-like manner. The leader of the group payed close attention to the whole job and if any difficulty arose he immediately informed me and presented me with alternative solutions. We are very happy with the results and would recommend them.

We had severe surprise snow storm on October 29th and it knocked down trees, limbs, and power lines. So our fence was damaged and they came out and replaced the fencing and redid some work that the former company did in 2005. AKA is excellent. They did a great job. We will use them in the future.

Start to finish took 3 days. Well rounded group of 3-6 employees as well as employer helping from time. Used a sod remover and lined with weed prevention wrap and then based with stone so there is no weed wacking around fence. 35 post dug and we had solal lights installed on 12 posts. I could not be any happier with the company and the staff of employees
