If you want a small business person who can give you personal attention, this is the guy. There was a little bit of mis-communication, as is common with tradesmen who have to be their own receptionist while doing the actual work. He showed up with in the time range specified and completed all work in about an hour. To finish so quickly, he must have had all necessary parts on his truck, which indicates foresight and wherewithal. I did not observe the work myself, because this is a rental property of mine and I needed to be at the office. All communication with me was over the phone; then he sent me the invoice via email. My tenant was happy and has not called me again about these issues in over a month, so I'm very happy.

He was very meticulous and very clean. He was the first time where someone came in and I did not have to do any clean up afterward. He ran into a problem because it was a very weird set up so there were some unexpected things. One of the lines that should not haven had freon had freon and it was cut and some escaped. He immediately called and AC guy to restore the freon. He absorbed all the costs of that.
