He arrived a couple minutes early to inspect the area. He was very nice and polite. He removed a wasps nest from under my garage gutter and from under my front porch awning. He was very informative. He gave me tips on what to look for and how to prevent them from returning. He was very thorough and professional, I have already recommended him to a family member and a neighbor. A+
