Description of Work: I had a emergency with a flood this morning in my basement so literally was going through the phone book trying to find someone local, to support small local businesses. I called Nash Heating and Plumbing but figured there was no emergency services because no one answered, so I did not leave a message. When John Nash, as he stated, called me back, he was very nasty after I told him I had to call someone else, he then stated that if I left a message he would have been there by now and then hung up on me. I was shocked and it took me a few minutes but I did call him back and told him he would never have to worry about me calling his number again and that I would make sure that everyone I knew would hear what he had done. He then said to me, "SCREW YOU!" and hung up on me again. I am hoping that whomever pulls your site up will read this and be aware of the type of person and attitude you will be dealing with.

+ -1 moreThey are very good and very thorough. He is always on time and gets the job done. I have no complaints about his work. He always returns calls and is just very professional.
Description of Work: Used him in our bathrooms, kitchen sinks, disposal units. Just anything to do with toilets and sinks. He also put a water heater in for me a long time ago. I’ve been using him for almost 25 years.

+ -1 moreTHIS WAS A HUGE PROJECT INVOLVING WALL DEMOLITION, RE-PIPING A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF THE SEWER SYSTEM & THEY RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY, WORKED EFFICIENTLY, PROVIDED CLOSE SUPERVISION OF HIS SUBCONTRACTORS. I USE HIM EXCLUSIVELY, & HAVE GREAT FAITH IN HIS HONESTY & ABILITY BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
Description of Work: REPAIRED THE SEWER SYSTEM.
