Tri County Painting and Wood Finishing

Company seemed interested at first when I contacted them via phone. Gentleman stated that he would stop by in the next day or two to look at the project (wanted my deck rails painted). I stated that he was welcome to look at the deck even if I wasn't home, since it is a pretty straight forward project. When I came home from work the next day, there was a business card in my mailbox. I left a voicemail a few days later to see if they had been able to get an estimate together. It has now been 3 days since that call and no call back. I understand if a contractor isn't interested in a job, but a return phone call to that affect is appropriate.
