THIS IS A GENERAL CONTRACTOR. PATRICK (OWNER) WAS VERY FRIENDLY DURING INITIAL CONSULTATIONS. HIS PRICE WAS 50% LESS THAN THE INITIAL BID AND 7% LESS THAN THE FINAL BID. THE WORK CREW WAS VERY FRIENDLY. THE WORK IS EXCELLENT AND GUARANTEED AND I WOULD CERTAINLY CONTACT HIM AGAIN FOR OTHER WORK.
